Seasons Change and So Do We!

Welcome to the Peak Performance Sport and Spine blog! We are excited to start blogging some great ideas, articles and important tips for maintaining your peak health. To start, we would like to introduce ourselves. We have added to our growing chiropractor and sports physicians team and are excited to introduce them to you today!

Our Team at Peak Performance Sport and Spine

Leading our team is Dr. Jeff Turner. Jeff began specializing in ART (Active Release Therapy) in 2008 after receiving great benefit personally from his own rehab therapy. Soft tissue evaluation has become an integral part of every patient appoint as he looks to provide others with the same relief he has had for himself. When Dr. Turner is not at the office, he can be found with his family, hiking and camping in the beautiful Colorado mountains and enjoying every moment he can.

Our two other chiropractors, Dr Travis Curd and Dr Ben Jelinek also specialize in ART.

Dr. Curd has been a part of the Peak Performance team since 2013. After injuring himself in college while playing competitive soccer, Dr Curd was referred to a chiropractor who performed traditional technique and ART. This has driven his passion to help others rehabilitate their injuries and get back to leading a full life. When Dr Curd is not at the office, he still enjoys playing soccor, hiking and being outdoors.

Dr Jelinek has recently joined the Peak Performance team over the summer and is very excited to bring his skill sets to the team. Just as Dr Turner and Dr Curd specialize in ART and Graston Technique, so does Dr Jelinek. Similar to the other two doctors, Dr Jelinek pursued chiropractic care in school after sustaining several injuries and finding relief and healing through soft tissue and traditional techniques. When Dr Jelinek is not in the office, he enjoys being outdoors hiking and exploring his new home here in Colorado.

Rounding out the Peak Performance staff is the ever important Administrative team that greets patients as they walk in the door. Both Ashley and Nanci are an integral part of our business taking care of everything from simple procedures to reminding each patient how wonderful and valued they are.

Ashley has been with Peak Performance since 2014. She helps navigate all of your billing concerns, schedules upcoming appointments and keeps all the doctors on track. Nanci has also recently joined our team this last year and does a wonderful job as well. Without them the office would not run as smoothly as it does. When the ladies are not in the office, they enjoy spending time with their families.
